Alcoholic Beverage

                             Substance called Ethanol contained in any drink is known as Alcoholic beverage .Alcoholic beverage are classified into three classes :  Beers , Wines and Spirits . Beers and wines are the soft alcoholic beverage . Spirits are too hard alcoholic Beverages . They are legally sold . Generally , Beer contains 4 % to 12% of alcohol . Wine contains 9% to 16% of alcohol . Spirits contains at least 20% of alcohol .

                     Most of the alcoholic beverage are matured from 10 to 25 years of age . Mostly alcoholic beverage are taken in festivals in all part of the world . All cultures and traditions do have their own alcoholic beverage . Maturation of an alcoholic beverage varies from cultures and traditions . Alcoholic Beverage are prepared from various grains , fruits , vegetables etc .

                   Alcoholic beverage are prepared from Distillation and Fermentation. Beers and wines are prepared by fermenting and spirits are prepared by Distillation .

               Generally, wine is prepared from grapes .  France is popular for grapes wine . Wine can be made from other fruits too. Beer is prepared from maize, wheat, malted barley etc . It is prepared by brewing it .And spirits are produced by Sugarcane , potato , cactus, maize etc .

              We can prepare cocktail from various spirits .
