Choyela is the typical Nepali food recipe. This recipe is prepared by the Newari culture people in Nepal. This food is spicy. Every people in Nepal love this recipe. Ingredients
Meat (any kind of meat) 1 kilo gram (boneless)
Chilly (dry) 25 gram
Ginger, Garlic (paste) 4 table sp
Cumin 1 table sp
Coriander 1 table sp
Black pepper 1 tea sp
Timur (pepper) half tea sp
Salt 1 table sp
Turmeric 1 table sp
Lemon/lime 1 piece
Spring Onion (chopped) half First of all marinate the meat in chilly,ginger-garlic paste,cumin,coriander, black pepper,Timur,Salt,Turmeric,Lemon/lime. Keep it marinated for 1 hour and then keep this in sew prepare like the steaks. After the meat is cooked properly take them all out and again keep some ginger garlic paste , lemon/lime,spring onion. Then it is prepared.
